The 12th Canadian-International Conference on Composites, CANCOM 2022, will be held in Fredericton and Moncton between July 12 and 15, 2022. Since its inception, CANCOM has been Canada's largest technical forum facilitating the exchange of technological know-how, research state-of-art, and innovation challenge related to composite materials, by bringing together Canadian and international delegates from industry, academia, government, non-governmental organizations, and vendor suppliers. Keeping industry focus at the centre, CANCOM 2022 has adopted Research & Innovation in Composites

The abstract submission deadline has passed and new abstract submissions will not be accepted. Authors will be notified of abstract acceptance by January 31, 2022. The submission process for papers is managed through EasyChair Conference Management System. Full length papers are due by April 19, 2022.
Full papers must be formatted using the CANCOM 2022 template. Formatting instructions are provided in the template. Papers must be submitted in English. The Microsoft Word paper template can be downloaded with the link below.

CANCOM 2022 applies a strict policy of one paper, one registration
. Each paper must be accompanied by the registration of a delegate. Registrations covering more than one paper will not be accepted. A paper will only be accepted upon conference registration. Papers not accompanied by a paid registration by May 1, 2022 will be removed from the program and proceedings.
The Dr. Suong V. Hoa Student Paper Award consists of two rounds: paper and presentation competitions. A total of five finalists will be selected based on originality, content, presentation, and language of their papers. These finalists will give presentations in a best student paper competition special session to be held on the morning of July 13, where all conference attendees will score the nominees' presentations. Three award winners will be selected: 1st place: $1000, 2nd $500, and 3rd $250. The award ceremony will take place at the CANCOM 2022 banquet on the evening of July 13, 2022.
If you wish to participate in the Dr. Suong V. Hoa Student Paper Competition, please fill out the form below and send it to the organizer of CANCOM 2022 via email below, before the paper deadline April 19, 2022. Please note that the form must be submitted for a paper to be entered in the competition. Furthermore, the first author of the paper must be a student at the time of paper submission.
